What was the highlight of Hyton Leelavadee Hotel
Patong beach
Nice grounds. Only 10 min walk to Beach. Clean rooms, daily cleaned.
Had to get our own drinks from pool Bar, but was charged 10% extra on bill for Service charge we felt we never received until we complained. Had 3 rooms & pool bar staff put all food , drinks, & ice creams on same Bill !!!!!! Was absolute nightmare to work out and pay individually.

Good
1. Great pool, was nice to have a swim up bar and the cocktails were great 2. Located a minute walk from patong beach and shops 3. The old guy working there was great, think his name was Sak and the young guy at the pool bar. 4. Room service food was tasty and quick, we also ate the valentine special 5 course dinner and was super tasty Overall was an average stay and even though it started badly having to move hotel, i would go again just because of individual staff member and its location, hopefully a better stay next time
1.Not all staff were helpful, we quickly learned which staff actually cared and only asked them for help 2. was put into the “sister” hotel across road on first night as our room wasnt ready which was horrible. Do not stay at coconut village, so happy to move back to hyton next morning. 3. cleaning of the room was not great, floor still dirty and balcony full of flies, the daily complimentary water was not replaced daily 4. breakfast expensive at 412 baht, and no room service available before 11am 5. Wifi internet is like being back 20 years ago, just terrible, we had to by a sim card so we can use 4G

Poor
it was not too far from the beach. we ordered taxi to aiport and it was very quick and easy. the fruits at breakfast were fresh, and there was also simple but good thai food .
the price for one Superiour Room booking directly at the hotel is 100 € but it was´nt worth it! The walls are very thin! Everytime i heard the whatsapp signal of the cellphone at the neibourgh! all night long! on the main floor i found one big cockroach still alive but on his back, trying to get up. this thing was there all day. Also the phone on the main floor was belled from 6:00 am to 22:00 pm! all guests were anoyed, so i pulled out the cabel of the phone, to have silence. The breackfast was very simple for the price. And finally i had to move from my room to another, and in this time i forgot my Sonicare electric toothbrush in the first room. I told to reception girl , that i miss it, but she didnt anderstood, so i spent a lot of time to explain my problem. anyway i´ve never seen my toothbrush aigain :( (cost ca 100€). the main Problem in this hotel is, that almost nobody anderstands a word en english. The stuff of hotel smile every time you speak to them but they dont anderstand nothing. Very sad!
